A SalamAI audience report shows how listeners joined your audience links, which languages they used and when activity peaked, with daily and hourly charts. Save the executive report as a PDF through your browser’s print dialog, or export the rows as CSV. The figures describe browser activity, not verified attendance: a unique listener is an identified browser, so one person on two devices counts twice and several people sharing one browser count once. Listener minutes estimate audience presence and differ from billed translation time, which you find under Reports → Activity & costs. Reports exclude translation stations, Remote Speakers, participant phones and console users.
Treat the figures as a guide to browser activity, not a headcount. A unique listener is an identified browser, so one person using two devices counts twice, several people sharing one browser count once, and cleared storage can create another count. Listener minutes estimate how long audiences stayed on a language link, which is different from the connected translation time you are billed for. Use the reports to see which languages were needed and when interest peaked, then plan the next event’s languages and timing from that. For billing and usage, open Reports → Activity & costs instead.

How often the audience connected.
Observed joins can include return visits. They are not a count of distinct people.
Identified browsers across the period.
A saved anonymous browser ID groups repeat activity. Different devices or cleared storage can count again. A shared browser can represent several people.
The largest audience recorded at one time.
Presence is checked at intervals. The highest recorded audience at one time is an estimate, not a verified headcount.
A view of listening presence over time.
Minutes are estimated from observations. They do not prove anyone heard the audio and are separate from billed translation time.
Language and activity reports
Review which audience languages were used and how demand changed over the selected period. Event breakdowns help put the observations in context.
Unique listeners only counts each identified browser once across the selected period, including repeat language and event activity. It excludes unidentified activity and older combined records.
Daily and hourly views help identify busy periods. Supported details include observed days, average presence, daily changes, busiest periods and language reach.

Detailed audience records began on 8 October 2026. Older broadcast records may include visits, sessions, minutes and language or daily totals. They cannot show unique browsers or past simultaneous attendance, and may not name the event. Unique listeners only excludes these older totals.
No. Reports describe browser activity. Unique-browser counts exclude activity without a browser ID, and the report shows this gap. Shared devices, private browsing, cleared storage and multiple devices affect the totals. Presence and minutes do not prove attendance or attention.
Planning the next event
Review language demand and participation patterns alongside your event plan. Then set up the audience links, station access and welcome experience for the next gathering.
